Ao me comissionar, você estará concordando com todos os termos abaixo.

PAGAMENTO
➜ O pagamento deverá ser realizado integralmente antes do inicio da comissão.PRAZOS E ENVIO
➜ Levará entre um a três meses para a finalização da do produto, dependerá da complexidade do mesmo. Caso tenha alguma data de prazo é necessário informar antes do inicio da comissão;
➜ O produto final será enviado digitalmente em PNG pelo link do Drive.PROCESSO E COMUNICAÇÃO
➜ O contato poderá ser via: Instagram, Discord ou VGen;
➜ Necessário descrever e enviar todos os detalhes de como irá querer a comissão, como pose, expressão, itens e etc;
➜ Poderá ser solicitado até 5 atualizações, 3 para o sketch/rascunho e 2 para a lineart. Caso não seja pedido estarei enviando uma atualização por estágio (rascunho e lineart).USO PESSOAL E COMERCIAL
➜ As comissões deverão ser usadas apenas para uso pessoal;
➜ Para uso comercial será adicionado uma taxa correspondente;
➜ Não é permitido o uso de minhas comissões para alimentação de banco de dados, venda de NFT ou qualquer outro serviço envolvendo inteligência artificial.PAGAMENTO
➜ Paypal ou PIX.IMPORTANTE
➜ Eu tenho o direito de poder recusar seu pedido de comissão, sem a necessidade de informar o motivo;
➜ Durante o processo, se o cliente violar qualquer um dos termos abaixo ou me deixar desconfortável de alguma forma, eu me reservo o direito de cancelar o pedido. Nestes casos, será fornecido um reembolso;
➜ A violação dos Termos de Serviço (ToS) de qualquer forma resultará na perda dos direitos do cliente sobre a comissão. Por favor, certifique-se de entender todos os termos antes de fazer o pedido.

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below and to follow them.

PAYMENTS
➜ Payment will be upfront (before I start the commission).DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
➜ It takes from one or three months (depending on the complexity) from the start of production to delivery. If you need a specific deadline please let me know in advance;
➜ File sent as PNG by Drive.PROCESS AND COMMUNICATION
➜ Contact via: Discord, VGen or Instagram;
➜ I'm not very good at English, so I'll be using a translator sometimes;
➜ Necessary to describe and send all details you want from the order like poses, references, etc;
➜ You can request for maximum of 3 revisions for the sketch, and 2 for the line art; If updates are not specifically requested, I will only update you at the end of each stage (sketch and lineart).PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
➜ The Product received by Customer is only for personal use;
➜ Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space;
➜ In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.PAYMENT

➜ I have the right to refuse your commission request without having to provide a reason;

Original character (OC)/sona, fanart's, humans, hybrids, furry*, soft gore.*Furry is not my specialty and I am still developing my skills, but I will do my best.
If you prefer I can also recommend a furry artist with more experience.

NSFW, mechas, realism, complex scenarios, gore and armor.

(Skeb / Surprise Me) Character Sketch Sheet

˚ A detailed painted skecth sheet of your character including: A fullbody and two headshot.
˚ Simple/Transparent Background;
˚ You can switch a headshot with chibi, in that case please describe on request;
˚ This is a Suprise me (skeb style), this means after payment, there is no communication between myself and you until the artwork is finished. So the final work may not be exactly be what you wanted, and to avoid that please describe your request in as much detail as possible!

˚ These chibi commissions are experimental because I'm still exploring and developing my style for them. I'm opening this option to get more practice and improve! Please keep in mind when commissioning that the style might look a bit different from the example since it's experimental!
